The recent cuts in legel aid, will have a devastating effect on vulnerable innocent families and parents who are desperate to increase the contact with their children. Childrens/Social Services will probably abuse their powers now, as i have recently experienced. My son is living with his father, who has had residance of him since 2008, due to my depressions, and a contact order was put in place, for me to have regular access to my son. I also have parental rwesponsibility. Now my contact is under threat and i am powerless!!!
